Who are Leaders?

I watched this video once, and it inspired me what true leader is..
SIMON SINEK talked his idea, what leader should do to their members..
Leader act like a parent..
They should guarantee an education, devotion, a discipline of behaivor to members,
so members can feel safety.
Then, group can collaborate their thought, energy, language, creativity, all things..
It is important, true leader must have a responsibility.
True leader should make a choice that he believes, not just saying "I believe you members"
True leader is not just an authority like senior.
They can be your co-worker, friend.. etc.
So who would be your leader?
Can you be responsible on your own faith?

I recommend Korean president see this video and
I insist president to be more responsible in Korean issues(especially administrative things..), not push back to her junior workers and people..
나도 마찬가지였다. 누군가에게 일을 요청할때 편하게 하라고 말은 하면서 잘못 됬을때에는 당신이 책임져라는 생각을 근저에 깔고 있었던것 같다. 신뢰를 보내면서 일을 진행하는것이 쉽지는 않지만 모르면 가르쳐주고 지시할수 있어야 책임있는 의사결정을 할수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 조직의 목표가 있다면 구성원은 그에 대한 의욕을 가지고 있어야하고 그래야만이 긍정적인 조직을 키워나갈 수 있다.
